Sushi Mould

To make your sushi using this mould, nothing could be easier:

• Material: food-grade plastic.
• Dimensions: 21 cm x 4 cm x 3.8 cm
• Easy to clean.

Place the first layer of rice in the mould.

Place the filling on the layer of rice.

Cover it with a second layer of rice until the mould is completely filled.

Use the lid to close the mould and compress the rice.

Remove the lid, then place your thumbs into the two holes in the mould to push your rice paddy out of the mould.

Place the rice paddy on a sheet of Nori seaweed, roll up and cut out.

Your sushi is now ready to eat. Enjoy your meal!
